Hi all!
Just got back into coin shooting and having the time to do it again. Going on my 10th year of retirement and staying busy. Mostly shooting campgrounds and older camps that are no longer used in the Sierra Nevada's. I look for old fire rings or burned dark rocks that were used for fires. So far doing OK...
Looking to buy a new "lighter" detector that doesn't hurt swinging it for hours at a time. So far narrowed down to Tesoro V or the Minelab 705. Any suggestions??? :find:
take care,
Tom

Welcome. I've used Tesoros and Minelabs also. My preference for weight and the ability to swing longer is the XP Deus. It is feather weight, has a great discriminator and goes deep. I have not tried the 705.
