Each time we wanted to return to the river site that we hunted two weeks ago, it rained and was too muddy. Not wanting to stomp through our landowner friend's tobacco patch, we waited until today. Here are our finds including 2 bird points (one looks like a Hopewell), scrapers, mussel shell, paint bowl found by Steve, and a big hunk of Tyrone flint. Tobacco is rapidly growing. Video next hunt. Thanks for looking, Quindy.

Did you check to see if that base in the lower left corner would fit any of the broken ones.?

That I did Rock. No match. We had other heartbreakers we eyeballed . No luck there either. We hunted 4 tobacco patches. Thanks for looking, Q.

Cool finds would like to see the large blade cleaned up if you get a chance ..... Are these all surface finds ?

Here's 2 pics AR. As you can see, the back edge is flat (sits upright on table) and it avg. .425 in. thick. We have never seen anything curved like that. Whether it's just leftover from shaping material or a blade-not sure. All ideas welcomed & appreciated. Thanks, Q.

Started with a Garrett. I think I've probably tried everything make and model from 1977, all the way to the up to the E-trac and GPX 4800.
Nothing new as for me now, I am pretty much handicapped.

Thats a good haul for finds. They are calling for rain all next week for 7 days straight. It either floods or is a drought here hardly ever anything in between.
