I know of two locations in North Alabama (Civil War skirmishes). One was a pretty significant blow to the Confederates, i've been told that it was the bloodiest in Alabama. Just waiting on the right person that will help with the research and gaining permission.


Be nice to hit at least one by spring, ticks in that area are the size of turtles.

I also know of a park that is very close to another skirmish. I have found stray fired bullets along with flat buttons. I have not been to that park in a number of years but I do have permission to hunt the property and it would be a good group hunt.
