medallion was down 7 inches in virgin soil, the ring was wedged between rocks and curb of a cobblestone street. marked "AVON STERLING", the pitting likely from winter salt and car exhaust. haven't cleaned the silver or the stone, which is likely CZ. also got a wheatie, then the rain came. back again today IMG_0130.JPG IMG_0131.JPG IMG_0133.JPG IMG_0132.JPG IMG_0134.JPG

Not typical of the finds you normally pull out of the ground. Is this a newer age site? Tell Frank it looks like we'll be coming up on October 1st which is a Friday. Hopefully it will be cool, the weeds laid down, snakes nitey night for the year, and bees all in bee heaven. Not sure what happens to ticks, but I hope it's happened and there are none to be found.
