Box of Brinks Nickels got a Belgian Franc, 1905P V nickel, 1943P and 31 other Jefferson's '39 thru '61. Add 7 Wheats, a 1940P jeff, and 2 Mercs 1926P, 1942P and a King Martin the first Token from Dirt fishing.



Heat is breaking probably get more dirt fishing in.

Took the day off today walked the trails swinging nothing special till I walked into a Deer not 10 feet from me and just looked each then I thought get your camera out (took that thought awhile to percolate up to the top) by the time the phone opened the camera app he was heading off. Here's the pic

Couldnt sleep so i was online. Had a good day yesterday. found two 1957 Rosies in the rejected bin at the TD bank coin counter. Going through $50 in pennies, $200 in nickels and $1000 in quarters. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Been a little laid back on CRH this week. Doing more dirtfishing, will start up again next week as I refill the bankroll. I'll let Brinks recharge the war nickel flow. Happy Hunting Grace !

Stopped in to the bank today was going to take their CR nickels.
They had 68.00 in halves so I took them. 1966P, 1969D
and 32.00 CR nickels 1943P along with 17 other Jefferson's range from '41 thru '60

Most of the time I take them off the banks hands. This bank was not ordering for me and I found out that they were turning in lots of change back to Brinks. My taking them saves them, I take all their pennies, and nickels, they now will order boxes of halves for me. I probably run less from these CR then the machine rolls, I think that they are 50% or more already searched. But now I'm on first name basis with the head teller. Sometimes though I run into some good stuff. All my bigger hauls have been CR. The machine rolls are slow but steady.

Some of my banks won't give out customer rolled coin, to much in shortage, foreign or whatever. I find it usually evens out, and I have a discount buyer of Canadian at one bank, she goes home to Canada often. I get rid of the junk she buys it cheap.

Thanks for the info. I am almost exclusively getting customer coins. I just finished up my last batch of pennies ($50), nickels ($200) and quarters ($1000). For the pennies, three 1940s, 15 1950s, 8 Ss, and some Canadian and Euros. For the nickels, one 1939, nine 1940s (one War Nickel), twenty-two 1950s, 9 1960 or 70 S, one 1981 S Proof (poor shape) and a Greek .20 cent piece. For the quarters, no silver, one 1981 S Proof (also not in great shape). I picked up another batch of dimes and quarters today. We'll see if this group is any better than the last. I'll keep you posted. Happy Hunting.

Are you filling a collection now Gracie? I'm still working on 2 Jefferson folders, the Wheat folders, and the half folder. I think I'll be starting on a Buffalo, and Merc folder next. I have 2 weeks worth of nickels to classify (25.00) and then roll up for my stash. Going to dump any newer than 1955 now. I have 150.00 Nickels sitting in rolls by date and mint.

8/1 42 in CR nickels gave me 1943P, 1945P 1937P buff and 20 other Jeffersons '38 thru '61.
40.00 CR pennies 1920P 1937P and 15 other wheats mostly 40's 50's One roll was entirely dimes in a penny roll so I'm up 4.50 before I started. No silver dimes though. I'll see how many dimes when I go to the dump.

Box of Brinks nickels 1936P Buff, 1941P about au with full steps 1948P about au with full steps and 41 other jeffersons '38 thru '61. No silver got 5 boxes of halves on order weds, thurs, and monday arrival maybe I can get into the silver again. Today's dump had 5.60 in dimes in it. Didn't buy any dime rolls. Bought 40.00 in pennies saturday todays dump of pennies was 39.35 . So I'm up !

Well I didn't get another 3 boxes this week only 1 more (they forgot promise they will next tuesday or sure )
Box of Loomis Halves delivered by brinks 1966P, 1968D, 2009P, 2010P Then while dumping this the operator screwed up the bag change, coins were falling into the machine he put them thru my dump again. should have been around 498.65 got 518.65 credited. I told the guy who straightened it up. He told me don't worry about it.

At the pick up when I found out they forgot my boxes I picked up

10.00 CR nickels 5 40's,50's nothing special
12.00 CR pennies 1917 worn and 8 other wheats nothing special .
