Only been at this for about 4 months and got ring #11,my heart about stopped when I seen it




But took it home and ended being a junk ring, but the real things coming I can feel it lol, on another note I'm in the market for a new detector and I've petty much narrowed it down to a fisher f2 or a teknetics delta 4000 my budget is about 300$ I've also been using a bounty hunter IV so either would be a pretty good improvement although the bounty hunter has found me some really coil stuff any in site would be much appreciated

Ya I feel your pain, that has happened to me several times, so now I refuse to get too excited unless I can see the Karat marking and even then I break out the happy dance when I get home and have a real good look! Besides I don't scare so many people that way! Lol! It's out there wait for you to find it! HH!
