The ruby has a chip and looks like copper plated with two quartz stones.Elcheepo. Is the spinner ring stanless steel?

Look inside to see if it is marked. If there is no mark, then most likely it is stainless, Chug has yet to find one in sterling, though it does happen. If in doubt, take it to a jeweler you trust and have them check it out! We have one we use and we have such fun showing them our finds, good luck and keep us posted! :hello: Red :thumbsup:

I wonder if the numeral ring was a reminder to be somewhere at a certain time ? set the ring at 5 to remember a meeting at 5 oclock or to be home for supper. very neat ring as it is mysterious.

Ok, here is what I think:

If you face exactly north, then have the ring on the middle finger of your right hand, raise your left hand to the outside corner of your left eyebrow, as in a salute, extend you pinkie, the shadow from your pinkie will mark the exact time on the ring, as long as you have the proper number on the top surface. Not bad for $11.69. Don't do this if there is a threat of lightning.
