Found this ring today metal detecting near the shore line with my ace 250. I can make out CUB and a wolf head above that. Looked it up and it's a sterling silver Cub Scout ring. Not sure of the year but its my best find yet!

wow that's sweet! how old? what size? are you gonna pinky ring it?

Not sure of the year or size. It fits only on my oinky but I'm not going to risk breaking it its very very brittle. Has great patina though. The beach where I found it has atleast 5 ft of erosion grading to the shoreline from a storm that just passed. I'm excited to go back in a couple of days when the storm is gone.
