River hunting anyone?

The Army Corps of Engineers is holding back some water from the mighty Mississippi and record low water levels could be reached in a couple of weeks if lawmakers can not get the Corp to stop lowering the water flow. Mississippi water level to be lowered - SFGate This could make for some nice hunting in some places that have not been seen in quite sometime! What do you all think?
