Rock I found and wondering what it is?

The pictures are of one of the thicker one. Most are thin. I'm not sure how much it weighs but it is very light. Some are clear and colorless, some are darker red. Just wandering what the are. I found them in what looks like a vein throw red dirt or clay. Sorry I don't know more, but I'm new to this. I just like pretty rocks.

It's Gypsum, a calcium sulfate mineral. The sample you have is a crystal habit known as "satin spar" which formed as an ancient body of water evaporated away leaving the dissolved CaSO4 behind either as a surface layer or as veins running through fissures in the ground below.

paleomaxx is correct, it is definitely an evaporite (a rock made of gypsum or salt that was formed when mineral filled water evaporates)
