It would be tuff cause so many rocks look interesting you need to know what your looking for

What are you looking for ? Coins/relics ? If so : In my line of work, I work at various quarries. And I'd say that there is zero percent chance of anything there.

If you're into prospecting (naturally occurring minerals, or nuggets, or ... ?), then I dunno.
