I went to the bank today and got some more coins. So far I have found 2 kennedy halves with errors and 3 silver roosevelts and a canadian dime. I have pennies left to look through and I will post pictures of my finds later. Gosh I hate the cold! I am also going to make a spread sheet for roll searching if anyone is interested in taking a look at it when I'm done. It will create percentages, # of coins you have to search through to find one piece of silver, etc. Any more ideas for what I should add to the spreadsheet?

Here are my final finds after searching through $400 in dimes, $180 in halves, and $20 in pennies:

Wheaties:
1920
1925
1951
1953

Roosevelts:
1959
1961D
1964D

Canadian:
1984 Dime
1979 Penny
1983 Penny

Errors:
1963D Penny - Doubling of 3
1979D Half - no FG on back
1982P Half - No FG on back
1983P Half - No FG on back

I also got a 1988D in AU.

Not a bad day I don't think. I also created a spreadsheet for my roll searching finds that shows the % of silver, foreign, errors, etc. for each kind of coin and keeps a running tally of the totals if anyone is interested.

Out of $250 halves i got no errors, just a 67 40% half. The dimes await!

Yeah, just keep on getting more dimes from the bank in the clear rolls and just return them to another bank and do this on a daily basis if you have the time

Yeah, i got my first clear roll today. one out of the 30 was clear. Was easy though =).

Did the bank of america $50 bonus for signing up for a checking account - hopefully that will go through tomorrow and i can get coins from them (since they are walking distance from here). They wont sell me coins unless i have an account.
