Can someone identify this coin?

It is about 1,8cm in diameter and made of bronz.

Yes, while Crispus, Julian and Antoninianus Max. also used the 'vota' pattern, I'd favor Constantine II for the OP's coin simply because of the longevity of his rule (337-361) versus much shorter terms in service for the other mentioned emperors.
