Can you help me identify this piece?
Here's some helpful hints when asking for identification from the readership

1: Size reference as using a ruler beside it or stating the size
2: What you believe its made from-iron/brass/copper
3: Where it was found-state/country

It was found in HU, 6,5cm long and 3 cm wide. It has black patina on it.

Hungary ok
Not a drawer pull as it's too small
The rounded ends seem to imply it's a bracelet I would say.
Age? Hard to say but Roman isn't a bad thought.
Well dug, congrats.

Looks like a drawer pull to me. Here's one I have on one of my dressers. Almost the same size.

That's a weird wrist that would fit a bracelet like that.
As soon as I saw it I thought of a bit I found just last week that I thought little of. This found in Lancashire England is more squared off than the Hungarian but has a similar shape and Im thinking a similar use.
You've made me reaccess something that was destined to be weighed in as scrap. My next mission to find out. I have a feeling its equestrian bit we'll see.

Hi, thank you for your information but I think mine is thinner than yours. I hope it is not a scrap.😄
