So for three years, I have avoided a location to hunt, despite the fact there was a house there from 1900 to about 30 years ago.
So this morning, I said okay, let's see...and boy, I wasn't disappointed!
I knew for a fact it would be a disaster. Thousands of bottle caps, zincolns, trash, rubber wrappers, just an absolute dump. It is next to a fishing pier in the hood, I will never go back, unless Jeff Gordon makes his way down here, I will be happy to turn him on to it.:laughing7:
So, my goal was to find a buck in change, then get out of Dodge....along the way I found this....

I thought it was old, but my research says maybe only 20 years old or so....it's a name plate from Royal Teak furniture.
Thanks for looking!:hello:

Cool looking piece of metal regardless of age :icon_thumleft:

Nice save Dave, did you dig a buck in clad or did you find the sign and decide to mosey on?

I could swear I just read a post about it being a sure thing to find lots of coins near rubber wrappers......

Yea Loco, I got just over a buck.:laughing7:

Nice find and you survived "the hood" always a blessing! :icon_thumleft:

Glad you, at least, got your dollar, Dave........
How about the "hook, line and sinker"?
Now, if you're ever really bored and lookin' for a place to lose your mind...............:laughing7:
