Rum Laced Chocolate Fondue

2 Tbsp. half&half
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. dark or light rum
8 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped

In a small saucepan bring half & half, butter and 1 Tbsp of rum just to a simmer. Remove from heat; whisk in chocolate until melted. Whisk in the remaining 1 Tbsp of rum (if necessary add and additional 1 Tbsp. half & half to make dipping consistency). Transfer to small fondue pot or a custard cup. Serve with your favorite dippers.
