Rusty Metal Emblem

Found this today while surface hunting on an old farm. Was told it might be a tag or emblem off a farm implement. Any body familiar with this? Not sure why my picture got turned sideways!

That could be anything. Clean it and see if there is anything on it that might help identify it.
