S.C Morrow Mtn. or Knife (Quartz)

Here is a nice little point, im not exactly sure if its a morrow mtn. or some sort of knife. Any info is appreciated, Its about 2in long 1in wide.

It probably started out as a MMt or a Guilford, then reshaped & used as a knife.. I have Guilfords that are reworked & tapered each end.
