Sand Bars Where to look??

I have several sand bars on the creek i work .. and i was wondering what part of the bar should i concentrate on .. cause they are quite big and long .. but some what out of the pay streak of the creek that i work. they are more on the Inside of the bend .. the river stones . rocks about 8 to 10 inches in size then the faster moving water to the outside. ..

what i am asking would it be worth my time to look there??
