Sand scoop assist handle, not the raptor handle

Does anyone know the name of the new assist handle for a sand scoop. The raptor handle has the bolts sticking out the back, it kind of cumbersome.

This handle is made of some type of rubber or plastic?

You're welcome. I just bought a new Extreme Scoop with Carbon Fiber handle and have been thinking of ordering one of these. They seem user friendly.

One of the ones I like is the ProHandle from Home Depot. Being able to adjust the handle angle is it's biggest plus.
