This is a great spot to metal detect. Former site of the State of CA Mental Hospital ( Agnews Developmental Center ) The property is now owned and operated by sun microsystems... pretty quite there i imagine. They left a few of the historical bldgs constructed in the late 1800's and the rebuilt after the 1906 quake. I hunted it when it was state property and no longer live in the area.. Lots of silver in the ground... go get it..
