Although I would have been happy with a merc...have a few barbers now but no mercs.

I find Mercs, but Barbers are a rare sight.

Another object is a double loop copper alloy harness fiting.
The smaller loop is for attachment and the largert loop is a rein guide.
The later is designed to allow the free passage of any buckles fitted to the reins.

Yep...a gag loop...often confused with a sword hanger.

Yep, a net weight. Not sure what that is with the SY...but it is lead.
