Got out for a few hours with one of my good buddies at one of his pounded sites.While I was digging(chipping....the ground was extremely hard!!)pesky(I love em)Chinese coins,he pulls the Seated Quarter!!!I was shocked,as I have personally hunted that site to death,but as seen it was far from being cleaned out or probably ever will be for that matter

Then it was my turn,i could hear a faint signal amongst the "iron grunts",and actually considered not messing with it as the hard ground was making every target a chore.....glad I decided to check it out,actually my second Half Dime from that spot,the other one is holed just like this one?

Then as I was digging axe heads,shovels,and horse shoes my buddy calls me over to show me an incredible knife,still in the hole!!!I had to go get my camera and by the time I got back he already had dug it out

Well, the main thing is that you did get to get out and share in the passion of relic hunting and were able to pull some more targets out of a site that obviously is still giving them up!
