Your guess for white topaz is probably close on, although that is a little "cheap" for 10k. White sapphire would be too expensive, white zircon may be a possibility. Does it have super color refraction? Lots of color with lots of sparkle? I think cz may be too old hat for something as recent as what a Chinese import would be. I have seen this and similar 3 stone styles used as a wedding band. Nice ring. Know anyone with a gem tester? I would be interested as to what it is.
