I found a 1990 B $100 Bill that i was think about throwing on ebay...Is there some type of expectation that a buyer on ebay has when they receive paper currency? Should it be in thin plastic sleeves, thick plastic sleeves, inside a hallmark thank you card, or stuck between two pieces of cardboard that are taped together and thrown in a bubble wrap envelope? Thanks.
