A very good portion of the above mentioned NOAA meeting was spent by NOAA discussing how easy NOAA makes it to dive the MONITOR SANCTUARY. They did not mention That Gary Gentile had to take them to court from 1984-89? in order to dive the monitor. It is discussed in his book about the Monitor.
Expansion of the sanctuary was not discussed by Noaa during the meeting, but that was not missed by those of us who read their press releases and glean information from inside sources. I, myself am truly concerned and would like to know the true motives of Noaa and where their plans lie....
