silver? aluminum? stumped!

was up metal detecting a creek in northern washington way up in the mountains and found these in about 2 miles of creek. i thought they might be silver but they are real light so i thought aluminum? anyone have any ideas?

Spit on it and wrap it in tinfoil, after 10ish seconds open it up and if it smells like sulfur then it's silver.

I find these all the time in Washington. Melted aluminum can parts. Sound like great targets in the ground but are just junk leftover from lazy campers. HH! :sadsmiley:
