Silver and button ID help

These are my wifes finds from a local park yesterday. (yes she showed me up again) If anyone can help with the button ID it would be greatly appreciated. The button says Scovill MF'G CO. waterbury.

I got a button like that a few years ago. It was very deep. I got it in my mind it was from wwI. It was laying there along time!!! Was fun to find anything with a eagle on it!!!!!
