I normally take a drive to dig in the sand in Ocean City NJ on Friday nights. With the perfect weather lately parking is a nightmare. So tonight I stayed very close to home and dug in my local park. Dug many pull tabs but I was in a dig everything mood. At the end of my dig I got a nice sterling silver heart. Not much longer dug a beautiful men's 14 k gold men's wedding band. Inscribed with initials an a wedding date in 1977. I will do some research to see if I can locate the owner. It's a long shot but I'll try. Anyway it pays to dig everything what's a chip of aluminum foil this time is a gold ring next time. Thank you for looking.

Nice finds, I want some gold too. I'm going down to OC Sunday morning, we must be neighbors.

Hey save some for the rest of us!

Nice work though...

Now what number did a big ring like that ring up as on the VDI?

I have found other gold from 12 03 to 12 32.. dig them all sounds crazy but I save all pull tabs. I put them in a bucket then take them to the local scrap yard. Pull tabs are better grade aluminum it pays more. I take that cash to the flea market and buy a silver round from the coin guy there. It's all treasure.. I read another thread about people not filling holes. FILL YOUR HOLES. It's only a matter of time before the town puts up a sign . So don't ruin this for the rest of us.
