It is difficult to read some of the letters between the patent number and the symbols. I will tell you what I do see.
Patent number 21167637 pictures of an anchor walking lion and a capital B with a circle around it. Any information would be appreciated.I have pictures but did not know how to post them. Thanks

Those are definitely British hall marks. The rampant lion means sterling, the anchor is a code for the city it was assayed in and the B is the date code. If you go to your library or search the net you can find out the date and place of assay.
