Silver coin clock

I go to a td bank that has a clock and it's got 1 peace and 1 Morgan in it along with 2 halves and the quarters are the hour markers. I've offered to buy it for 100$ and they said the clock might be built in. Has any one seen one before. It's a Marion Kay silver coinage clock. This is almost what the banks looks like but the halves are at 9 and 3 and the Morgan and peace at 12 and 6

there was one similar on pawn stars I believe... rick said that the coins in there were polished to look real shiny but were actually only worth silver value... i bet those coins are polished too, so don't offer too much
