Haven't found much silver lately detecting and only a few wheats here and there. I was very exited when I took the deposit to the bank for work today and saw the beautiful color of silver in the teller's coin tray. I tried to be nonchalant when I asked if I could buy the halfs from her tray. When she asked how many, I said I'd take all she had hoping more were in her drawer. 9 silver Kennedy halfs out of 12 total in her tray were all she had. I'm glad I had the new teller today since the long time tellers I usually deal with snap up the silver when the see them! Happy day going back to work :headbang:

Good eyes TSA!

Old silver mixed in with today's "shiny" new coins is so obvious! :D

As you said, "the long time tellers I usually deal with snap up the silver when the see them!"

I used to do the same thing years ago when I worked cash at our local supermarket! :laughing7:

Nice score,
Dave
