I have found the small rings marked "India," but nothing else. Puzzled me too... I suppose you would have to test the metal. Keep diggin'! Sub 8-)

India is notorious for making silver trinkets and never labeling them properly. You'll have to do an acid test.

I Dig, here is my ring marked "India" only, that I found in March. It hits a solid 76 on my ATPro, well above brass and aluminum, and in the range of a light weight silver ring. So, like yours, my ring may be silver and I need to have it tested. Good Luck, Sub 8-)
