Silver Thimble and Sales Tax Token

Found this Sterling Silver Thimble with flower design about 4 inches down. The number 9 is the thimble size. Some quick research says it is from 1890s to early 1900s. Also in same area found this State of Mississippi Sales Tax Token. $1.00 for payment of sales tax. They were used in Mississippi from 1935 to 1960. Also included photo of what they look like in better condition.
