I decided this week to give up hunting halves and switch to dimes. It is too hard trying to dump each week and keep up with my studies. I'm going to try my hand at dimes.

Good luck...I am questioning my hunt as well after losing a coin counting machine to a fee. I hope you have success with dimes.

Yeah I took a hit when my banks pulled out their coin machines altogether. It's difficult dumping now also why I moved to dimes; Tellers don't hate ya as much.

$260 CWR Halves: skunk

I figured I would take them off my pick up banks hands knowing it was someone's dump.

Dime box #1 Skunk

Several of my small branch banks are glad that I don't order halves, or dump on them; too difficult for the bank to order & get rid of, and HEAVY.

Yeah I have seen a bunch of tellers look annoyed when I walk into the bank now. I think they will be glad to see I just have a few hundred in dimes rather than halves for a change.
