Sisters roll of dimes

My sister was in line paying for gas today when an older lady in front of here asked if she could pay with a roll of dimes. The teller let her and when it was my sisters turn she asked if she could buy the roll for poker. the teller said sure. when my sister opened it she discovered the entire roll was silver dimes. (all rosies I believe)

Although she is very happy, she is also kicking herself. She said that when the woman pulled the roll out of her purse, there were many other rolls of dimes and quarters in there.

Just thought I'd share this with you all. Looks like people are digging into those saved coins in these troubled economic times.

many of the coin dealers and pawn shops in my area don't want to offer anyone much over face anyway. i think alot of people don't want the hassle of trying to find somone that will buy them.
