Found this Skoal Good Luck Token today on a backyard metal detecting hunt with my grandson, can't find much info on it. But it's cool. IMG_20170620_202556.jpg IMG_20170620_202544.jpg may not be worth much but it's Priceless to me, my 6 year old grandson dug it up for me. We have a future mental detector pro learning young. Lol lol

Nice digs, Diggerx! While it may not be worth a whole lot monetarily, it's priceless in the fact that if was found by you and your grandson, and will stir great memories every time it's displayed...kudos..Ddf

Skoal is everywhere down here, the round ring on the back pocket says it all. The grandson will always remember this find, maybe someday he will be showing an awesome find.

OMG so cool. You should contact the company to find out when it was made. Here's a link to the parent company . Shoal is made by U.S. Tobacco Company.

It also looks as though it might be a "spinner token". If you look at the side that says Skoal up and down, you will see a little tip or knob in the middle of the letter O. Face that side down put it between your thumb and forefinger and try to spin it on your table or counter top. I have found a few "spinner tokens" over the years. Nice find.
