Slow week picked up at end!! Also find the 40%er(x2)

Wow what a day...

Only got 13 boxes this week, the first 10 from weds/thurs only produced (1) Bender , and (6) 40%ers.

Got 3 boxes today, first skunked, second I got (19!!) 40%ers, 4 or 5 proofs, 3rd box gave up (4) 40%ers.

These 2 "find the 40%" rolls were from my second box with 19 40%ers... I would have missed them if I didnt know I was already on a good box, so I slowed down and carefully checked them all...

Decided to go around and try to get more orders, and find a bunch of CWR's. I found about 2k worth, A bank finally offered to sell me bags from their coin machine, I got a 500$ bag of quarters, and they also did a partial(202.50) bag of Halves... AWESOME!! Never has any bank offered to sell them to me, most refuse, saying it NEEDS to go back to the fed...

One of the banks I hit up, had a 3$ roll of dimes?!?!?! Wierddddd. its on the right side of the pic below.

My main dump bank branch, offered to get coin lok bags for me and the other guy who CRH's around me... They will let me know if/when... Its not a big deal, but would save me time from dumping in their machines... although I would miss out on all the goodies INSIDE the machine!! I found a 14k hoop earring in one today, my first gold from a coin machine!

As you can see on the pic below this post, I have a TON of coin to go through, I will post final week pics after I am done, to give people time to guess the halves.

I have 35 boxes lined up for next week, hopefully get atleast 30 of them!

HH everyone!

By this photo,I can see three pink edges,Check that roll again. Check the mint marks incase you are an edge checker type of guy.

HH John

Everything is gone already, with my bankroll I need to turn over quick :P

I do edge check only... These rolls I did check because I heard the silver clink as I poured the roll into my hand.

What are you thinking the pink edge ones are? Silver?

No but, I have found 67 68 n 69 40%`s with some serious pink edge instead of the copper look that clad coins have,They can confuse you in an edge check.Circulated 40% silver coins and clad look alot alike in color by an edge check unless you know what you are looking for.I honestly think thats why crh`rs are still finding a few coins in marked dump boxs from other hunters. Stack up some of your 40% finds and examine the edges,You will see what im sayin.

Yeah I found a handful of 69s last week that had those pink edges... posted on my thread, title'd something like "this weeks 24 boxes nice haul"

They can be tricky for sure

Pretty crappy CWRs... got through all the paper roll coins(around 1300 worth), only found 2 rosies total...:BangHead:

Have 2 coin machine bags to go through still, 200 in halves and 500 in quarters.

LOL! Yeah I would be one of the last people to pull of a fake... haha

BTW I noticed they were both 67's, they are 2 different coins and 2 different rolls

That box was my second best box yet!!! I didnt think I would make it to the LCS this weekend to cash in 40%ers, but now I can! (When I say cash, I mean exchange for 90% junk silver if they have it, or bullion(ASE's usually)

The pictured one was neither...

My pickup banks are inbetween switching the wrappers from the brown/black wrappers, to yellow/white skunk and sons, I dont know why, but the past 2 weeks my boxes have been mixed between the two... even from the same pickup banks... they are all from the same company, but different wrappers... the past 4 months of ordering have always been the brown/black, but its switching.

They both produce though, my last box today had the 4 40%ers in it was skunk and sons wrappers, even with an ender
