.925 counts as year's first silver! Hit a beach on Lake Ontario this morning. I am sure it was hit hard last summer and fall but wanted sand time with the machine and homemade sand scoop. Nothing but some junk and some cents in the cut but found this near one of the entryways in the dry sand. Know it did cost much especially when the jump ring is rusted out. To paraphrase the X Files, "The treasure is out there."

Congratulations Ricky: How deep was the silver and how good was the signal on your Bounty Hunter?

Thanks, solid high tone must have been a recent drop was about 3 down in loose, dry sand. It was hitting caps at 6 and tops of soda cans, (not the tab, the whole top) in wet sand at about 7

Rickv, that is a very nice silver locket find...I'd love to find something like that!
