small head

i will find it from time to time just by asking when i go to banks, (i even save the 1995 bills too), but i rarely will have that happen, and i need more for me collection, so i was wondering if i should ask a bank to put aside all small heads 4 me, so when i come in to pick up my coins i could buy any cuz i dont want to go in in a week and be stuck buying $1,000.00 in small heads?!?!??! thanks for ur help, and happy 4th!
