I have been looking at this alot and Cobra was one possibility. Here is a pick of the hallmarks. HH

I was actually thinking it was a Niello style Siam (Thai) made ring but now I'm not so sure. I can't make heads or tales of that mark though. It almost looks like an old Mexican Eagle mark but not quite. Then the other marks?? Interesting. I hope someone can shine some light on it.

Whem I saw 2 hallmarks I had to buy it for $8 . I just had a feeling it was old and signed by the silversmith

It's a cool ring regardless. Shouldn't have trouble making that back or more with the right buyer.. let alone the value the hallmark may add.

Definitely mexican. Definitely an eagle mark. Can't read the the other mark. Circa 1970s. If I was listing it, I would go buy it now.
