Snow finally here, have to wait 'till spring to hit these places near my home.

These are pics of places anywhere from 1/2 mile to 23 miles away from my home here in North Central Pa. Have detected a couple of them already, found some clad, a couple of them silver, and two rings and an old plain buckle, some kids jewelry, some bullets and some whatchamacallits. However, some of these sites I haven't gotten to yet. Got permission to do so whenever I want.

Here is an old hotel in town​

This used to be an old train station, now the boro office with a little park attached​

This mansion used to be the home of the county judge way back in the day​

This is an old picnic ground, in the southern part of Potter County​

This is me at a park about 23 miles from my home​

I like the hotel. Any history on this, and perhaps the year it was built?

I like the photograph of the hotel too, it's really atmospheric. You could almost imagine the Addams Family living there . I hope you have a mild winter, the snow is melting here already .

I'd take a lawn mower to that old picnic ground.....looks like a good spot to me
