Soccer Field Turns Up Gold...........

Not a good pic., but here you go.
I found this 10k gold ring (child) on the soccer field at the local Elem. School.
I also found my first wheatie during this hunt (1941).
Unfortunately, I broke my friggin' probe.
This cut my hunt short because the probe has spoiled me.
So it looks like I'll be researching probes before buying a new one.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards the Vibra Probe for sure.
There is definitely more positive feedback on this one then on the others (White's, Tinytek, Automax). Mine was an Automax...kinda big and easy to knock the sensitivity off kilter.

nice ring ima wtg agree with bdoo more than likely the inset is rose gold. I do own a probe but dont even keep batteries in it. sorry old school 2 screwdrivers. But I know the tineytec has been around a long time and vibraprobe is liked by all. cant go wrong with either.

Hey Nick, you may be kidding about the camera, but you are absolutely right. I'd love to have a digital camera capable of taking good close ups, but I don't know anything about them. I'm going to have to do some research.
