The phone app is pretty good for sure, especially if you are selling stuff like games, movies, books that have barcodes on them. Just scan and if prepopulates everything for the most part.
No way I would just give the woman the 100 dollars with no product. I would put out some effort to help find the package, because I can definitely see how she might feel. Might be a good spot for ebay to pony up 100 dollars, although I doubt that would happen.
