"Alone again Naturally" was playing on the radio. And there I was. Marie went shopping with her sister.....shocking as this time of year ladies shopping genes are in over drive! As per normal I did the domestics and then headed out. Wasn't till I was at the shore on a very low tide did I realize that....Mister Man it was freaking cold out there in the wind. Had enough after five minutes and adjourned to exercise my shopping gene and let me tell you me son I even hate shopping for myself. So it was off to the local Frenchy's Used Clothing Store where I purchased an ungodly ugly gorilla snot bugar butt head green hoodie. It was ugly.....how ugly you ask.....well it was so ugly that if it was a fire hydrant it would not see any yellow rain. But man it kept me warm. Just wondering what was crawling in it before I brought it!
Anyway the Pro was behaving and scored some rather toasty coins.Dug till all my extremities froze. All in all was a nice outing and with the aid of a bottle of wine I'm chilling out. Digging in December in Nova Scotia...priceless!

There's a reason we have places all to our selves up here this time of year! Lol!

I was out too. Had to go back to the truck and put on a second jacket and winter gloves, then try and not get them wet while retrieving my goodies as the holes filled up with recent rain water. Temp 35 with a lovely 25 mph breeze! Had to hang it up after 3 hours my toes started going numb.

Next I'll be making a jacket for the detector with a pocket for a hand warmer packet!
