SOME KIND OF OLD WEST LOCK ??

Found detecting around very old train depot.. does the #65 and other numbers mean anything ? OH also found bullet casing in same spot, stamped 32 W.C.F. U.S.C. CO.

Either early 1900's or mid to late 1800's.
I think.
Actually, I just looked at the # stamped and that looks like 1900's probably.
