Some nice finds

Went on a relaxing cruise with wife, friends ( Ken, Neil, Charlie , Don and their wives). Ken and I decided to detect one of the beaches, very few were detectable due to high winds and "ROUGH SURF". Found one suitable for detecting and I managed to get a couple of gold.
A 2.0gr. 10kt ladies ring with opal and small diamonds, a 3.4gr. 14kt ladies ring with a garnet and small diamonds, 4.1gr. silver ladies ring with stones,11.3gr. silver man's ring and a tungsten carbide man's wedding band. Ken also found gold and silver.

WTG Les taking a cruise and finding gold , that's hard to beat. I thought you retired, haven't heard from you for so long. I guess you could say the same for me.

Very nice finds! I like the character of the big silver ring. Doesn't look like a class ring.

Great finds, where'd you go, British Virgin or American Virgin Islands? Don't have to name the beach, don't have the free time or money to travel down there anyway when there are some great places right here in Florida to hunt. Just 55 degree water is a little chilly for hunting even in a wet suit.
