I haven't been able to get out as much as I'd like recently, so it was nice to detect yesterday. Here are two pics from my last two hunts. The coins are a 1957 silver Roosevelt dime and two wheat pennies 1936 and 1941. I found a heart ring stamped jcm china 925, I'm not convinced of it being real silver, but who knows, so I didn't bother taking a picture of it. I also found this heavy woman's silver ring which was the best of it yesterday.

Agreed, anything stamped China on it will require testing to confirm what it really is. Nice old coins and sizable silver ring, some good targets for the first hunt in some time. Keep on swinging............................63bkpkr

That Silver ring should look good after you clean it up.

I have some "experience" in jewelry.... Surprisingly enough..... I don't think I've ever seen a piece made in China (marked) that has not tested real. Now Italy on the other hand..... I get the jitters when I see or test that because it seems like one of every 4 are fake.

Nice finds! We never seem to find old coins in our beach hunts...only recent clad, so congrats!

Silver ring looks awesome. Should clean up really nicely.

Anita
