Left on a jet plane Tuesday morning for Fort Meyers to pick up a car, drove back Tuesday, wednesday and today. I do not ever wish these experiences on the road to anybody. Everything was fine till we got into middle Georgia ( north on I-75 ). It started with tiny bit of ice on the white lines, and the further north we went, the worse it got, when we got to Berea, Ky. we stopped for the night. We didn't know it, but the Motel 8 that we stayed at just got their power back 1/2 hour before we got there . They had lost power from the ice storm very early in the day. Then when we got close to Cincinnati, were we ever in for a surprise, all 3 Northbound lanes were sheet and washboard ICE Saw many wrecks, took a few pics. Other than that we had no problems. Took us 4 hours to go 40 miles! enjoy the Gulf of Mexico I-75 pics when we stopped at a roadside park for a break...........NGE
