Spanish Mountain, lives up to it's name, 2 X 1 reales + rev war button ?

Yes of course ZDD and me.

What a great day it was, well the field was just rolled in red velvet carpet, which is the condition I do require. It could not have been smother, and even though we had hunted this particular field a few (at least 6) times before, I couldn't believe the amount of targets, non-frerrous targets we were pulling, as a guess 40 to 50 targets between us between is in 6 hours. I didn't even want to stop for lunch as Dave had his Silver then

Yes Dave got the silver first, and no less the 7 in total coppers?

The weather was perfect, the conditions were perfect.
What a great freekin day for the the record books.
Finds:

1 Spanish Silver 1726 1 reale
1 Really nice knee buckle
1 REV. WAR. button, possibly Massachusrtetts 4th ? Please help on this one.
More stuff.

Its great that you were able to dig so many targets from a site you've hunted so many times before. Love the Spanish silver. :notworthy:

OK I hear ya people the finds, I've never found so many shoe buckle parts, I'M think there is like 4 of them, damn I hate to complain, but I do want a whole one, (but not so bad as to be happy with one from a re-enactment site, and only 5 years old.), No offence to you guys, but with all the "copy " coins, and repro buttons, can't you put 2 and 2 together.

The weather was perfect, the conditions were perfect.

Hey Rick I just read the whole post and I see you feel a need to try and hurt other people's feelings?? Instead of just enjoying your great finds..If you followed all the posts from that site we had all kinds of finds..1700s to modern day..You just never know whats going to come out..

You must really have a terrible image of your self??? Or maybe you just Have a really SMALL DETECTOR????

Yup, it was a great day to be out detecting and the field conditions just don't get any better then it was today.
I'll put up a post tomorrow when I get them cleaned up. (I just got home)
